www.DGCCommunity.com is not a bank or financial institution. We do not "issue" Debit Cards, nor act as a Bank. Only Licensed International Banks "issue" Debit Cards.
Attention: Scammers, Hackers, Fraudsters, Money Launders, Thieves, Crooks, Carders. Our platform is not to be used to facilitate criminal activity of any kind. Our cards are not to be use to pay another "member" high yield investment income. Our cards are not to be used to "send" or "promise" a payment to anyone. If we find a member is using a card outside the scope of our user agreement.. you will be banned immediately. You will need legal representation in order to claim any funds remaining on the platform.
DGCCommunity.com is also know as "Bullion Cash Card Incorporated" a Independent Sales Organization ("ISO") and was developed in June of 2008. "Bullion Cash Card Incorporated" is a Seychelles International Business Company. Our company has a certificate of good standing issued from the Seychelles Registrar of International Business Companies.

You agree the sole purpose of paying membership to join www.dgccommunity.com is to keep you updated on the latest news of the Digital Gold Currency Economy.
You agree the secondary benefit is you receive a FREE Mastercard® ATM Debit Card, Prepaid Mastercard®, Maestro® Card, Cirrus® Card loadable by Liberty Reserve, Perfect Money, and Global Digital Pay (subject to availability).
You accept that unfortunately due to market conditions, all fees can change at any time.
You accept the current fee schedule posted on the Digital Gold Currency Community web site.
Digital Gold Currency Community may cancel your membership and Mastercard® ATM Debit Card, Prepaid Mastercard®, Maestro® Card, Cirrus® Card at any time without reason with no compensation.
If you lose your PIN, you lose your card. You will need to purchase another replacement debit card.
If you lose your card you will have to purchase another Mastercard® ATM Debit Card, Prepaid Mastercard®, Maestro® Card, Cirrus® Card (or Renew your Digital Gold Currency Community Membership).
You absolutely understand that with this type of debit card you are FULLY RESPONSIBLE for the card EVEN IF the card is lost or stolen. If your card and PIN is stolen or guessed, or if your card is used inappropriately in any way at all the loss is entirely yours and no compensation whatsoever is possible.
You absolutely understand that with this type of debit card you are FULLY RESPONSIBLE for any and all loss if your private access to the Digital Gold Currency Community web site or other web sites is compromised in any way.
You understand that if you use spam or tamper with the Digital Gold Currency Community web site in any way whatsoever your membership and Mastercard® ATM Debit Card, Prepaid Mastercard®, Maestro® Card, Cirrus® Card will be instantly revoked, your balance forfeit, all relevant authorities will be fully notified to advance criminal prosecution, and Digital Gold Currency Community will commence legal action against you for reputational harm.
You understand that the only way to load your Mastercard® ATM Debit Card, Prepaid Mastercard®, Maestro® Card, Cirrus® Card is using Liberty Reserve, Perfect Money, and Global Digital Pay by using the form on the Digital Gold Currency Community web site. If you make payment directly to Digital Gold Currency Community accounts without using the funding form, you are subject to a USD$5 fee and the activity must be fully investigated for security reasons. Never, ever, make payment directly to Digital Gold Currency Community accounts. Always use the Debit Card funding form while trying to load your debit card.
You understand that due to changing regulatory conditions totally beyond the control of Digital Gold Currency Community, you may well be required to provide new or different identification or documentation requirements, in the future, to continue using your Digital Gold Currency Community Mastercard® ATM Debit Card, Prepaid Mastercard®, Maestro® Card, Cirrus® Card.
You understand that Digital Gold Currency Community is not liable in any way whatsoever for any financial or other losses you may experience, in any way, due to network, software or hardware problems of any kind, whether caused by Digital Gold Currency Community or any other party.
You understand that your Mastercard® ATM Debit Card, Prepaid Mastercard®, Maestro® Card, Cirrus® Card remains the property of Digital Gold Currency Community and the issuing bank and can be withdrawn at any time.
You understand that you are solely responsible for any and all financial activity even if your instructions are incorrect. You understand that all orders you place are binding contracts between you and Digital Gold Currency Community.
You understand that any attempted fraudulent use of your Mastercard® ATM Debit Card, Prepaid Mastercard®, Maestro® Card, Cirrus® Card including but not limited to any attempted money laundering, structuring, or violations of the U.S. Patriot Act or the U.S. Bank Secrecy Act will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law and reported widely to appropriate authorities.
You understand that Digital Gold Currency Community can refuse service to any individual or entity we happen to feel like refusing service to, no matter why we happen to feel that way.
You understand that only the actual cardholder can obtain a debit card by joining the Digital Gold Currency Community web site. You understand that no other person can order a card on behalf of the cardholder.
You understand that only the actual cardholder can use the card.
You understand that you are responsible for any fees charged by Liberty Reserve, Perfect Money, and Global Digital Pay digital gold currencies.
You understand that your Digital Gold Currency Community account number, Liberty Reserve account number, Perfect Money account number, Global Digital Pay account number, eWallet, and Mastercard® ATM Debit Card, Prepaid Mastercard®, Maestro® Card, Cirrus® Card account number is fixed and cannot be changed.
You understand some DGC's (Digital Gold Currencies) systems such as Liberty Reserve, Perfect Money, or Global Digital Pay may block or suspend DGC accounts. You understand that if your DGC account is blocked or suspended by a DGC, it was not done by Digital Gold Currency Community.
You understand that you must supply by SSL (Secure Socket Layer) form your personal information (proof of ID "Drivers License or Passport", address, name and all other details) on the Digital Gold Currency Community web site. You understand that Digital Gold Currency Community will use your personal data to verify your identity and to provide you with a Mastercard® ATM Debit Card, Prepaid Mastercard®, Maestro® Card, Cirrus® Card.
You understand that Digital Gold Currency Community is not a financial institution and does not accept deposits or conduct any banking operations.
You understand that Digital Gold Currency Community transaction records shall be conclusive proof of all transactions carried out using the Mastercard® ATM Debit Card, Prepaid Mastercard®, Maestro® Card, Cirrus® Card.
You understand Digital Gold Currency Community may cancel your Debit Card if unused for long periods of time.
You accept that Digital Gold Currency Community has a ZERO tolerance on anyone trying to defraud or Scam Digital Gold Currency Community or any of its customers and associates.
You agree that you are not trying to defraud Digital Gold Currency Community.
You understand that if you attempt to defraud Digital Gold Currency Community you have broken the user agreement.
You understand that if you attempt to defraud Digital Gold Currency Community every shred of information we have on you may be given to whomever we see fit.
You accept that if Digital Gold Currency Community is given proof or has claims that the digital currency you sell to us was obtained fraudulently we will return the funds to the rightful owner and not load, or reverse the funds on your Debit Card.
You understand that these terms are not assignable by you, and you may not sell the card to others.
You understand that you alone are completely liable for any damage or harm you or others suffer in any way whatsoever, whether due to merchants refusal to honor your card, card or equipment failure, ATM failure, accidents, aggression, crime, accidental incorrect data entry, web site failure or any other problems whatsoever.
You understand that this is the entire agreement between you and Digital Gold Currency Community and that the agreement does not need to be signed by either party to be effective and binding on both parties.
