YES. When you receive your card it is ready for use. Phone and/or online activation may be required prior to use. Please refer to the paperwork enclosed when you received your NO Name ATM Debit, Visa® card for activation.
How many NO Name ATM Debit, Prepaid Visa® Electronic Cards can I have?
Current NO Name ATM Debit, Prepaid Visa® Debit Card regulations allow one card to be issued, per person.
Who can use the NO Name ATM Debit, Prepaid Visa® Electronic Card?
Anyone except residents of the following countries: Afghanistan, Algeria, Cuba, Iran, Philippines, Sudan, Nigeria, and North Korea.

What is the Prepaid Visa Electronic Card®?

Do I have to qualify for a Prepaid Visa Electronic Card®?
We just need to have your personal information for every completed application (one ID on file, Drivers License or Passport). The Card is a stored value card meaning you can deposit money into your Card account, and then you can access the money in your account. There is no credit involved, and you can't spend more than you have in your account.

Can I use my NO Name ATM Debit Card or Prepaid Visa Electronic Card® to withdraw cash from an ATM?
Your Card can be used at any ATM operated by the bank that issued your Card or by any ATM that displays any of the network brands on the back of your card. You'll need to enter your PIN number when prompted. Remember that if you use an ATM outside of the network operated by the issuing bank, you will be subject to additional ATM fees. Remember to push CHECKING when using this card at an ATM machine, in some countries you will have to use the SAVINGS account option.
Where else can I use my Prepaid Visa Electronic Card®?
You can use your Prepaid Visa® Electronic Card for Online purchases. You can also use your Prepaid Visa® Electronic Card just like a debit card at any merchant that accepts a Debit Visa® Card, Star® Card or Plus® Card.
Where else can I use my NO Name ATM Debit Card?
You can use your NO Name ATM Debit Card at an ATM for cash access. You can also use your NO Name ATM Debit Card just like a debit card at any merchant that accepts POS (Point of Sale), Star® Card or Plus® Card. The NO Name ATM Debit Card can be used to "POS" point of sale purchases, or use it as a regular ATM cash card.
What does electronic authorization mean?
Each merchant must obtain authorization for each transaction by swiping the card into his or her POS terminal. If the merchant tries to key in the card number by hand it will not authorize the transaction.
Why is the card number not embossed on my card.
The Prepaid Visa® Electronic Card has an indented card number. This prevents any merchant from creating a non-electronic charge to the card by using a credit card slip. The card can only be used electronically. This is also a fraud protection for the cardholder: anyone who tries to use the card, by tying to key in the card number by hand will get a decline.
My name is not on the card, will it still work?
The card is an instant issue card which means it can be distributed from an inventory, instead of waiting for it to be produced and mailed to you. Your name and personal information is registered to the card electronically via the Internet. The card will not work until it is registered. Please see the paperwork enclosed when you received your NO Name ATM Debit Card, Prepaid Visa® Electronic Card.
Can the Prepaid Visa Electronic Card® be used to make online purchases?
YES. You can use your Visa Card to make purchases over the Internet.
Can the NO Name ATM Debit Card be used to make online purchases?
NO. The NO Name ATM Debit Card Electronic Card can only be used to "POS" point of sale purchases, or use it as a regular ATM cash card.
When I view my Prepaid Visa Electronic Card® transaction history, what does "pending" mean next to some of my purchases?
A notice of 'pending' next to a merchant's name on your statement means that while we have received notice from that merchant that you spent that amount at their store or web site the merchant hasn't yet sent through the final amount for payment. This notice, called an authorization, is done to make sure that your card is valid and to tell us to put on hold that money in your account until the merchant sends through the final transaction amount for payment. When we receive that final notification (usually within 3 days of the purchase) the transaction is considered 'settled' or 'posted,' and the amount of that transaction is taken out of your account.
Why is the amount shown as 'pending' different than the amount I actually spent at that merchant?
In some cases, like at a restaurant, the merchant will send a request for authorization for only the amount of the food you purchased (since you won't have yet written in a tip). In that case, the card processor will place on hold the amount the restaurant sends, plus an additional 20% in case you write in a tip. While the money is on hold, it isn't taken out of your account until the processor gets the FINAL, correct amount from the restaurant. Another case where the amount you spent may look different from the pending amount from a merchant is in the case of a gas station. If you're paying for gas at the pump, the machine will send through a preliminary authorization just to make sure your card is valid, and the processor will place on hold $20 to cover the potential cost of filling up your tank. Again, this is just a hold on the money until the processor receives the final amount you spent on gas. Once this transaction settles, you'll see the correct amount reflected in your statement.
Why is there an unfamiliar merchant name listed on my statement? I don't remember shopping there.
There are several reasons why this might happen. Some stores are part of a larger corporation that may have a different name than the store name. And other merchants choose to do their credit card processing under a different company name.

YES. You will be able to access your NO Name ATM Debit Card, Visa® Debit Card 24 hours a day online to view account history, transactions and your available balance.
Does my NO Name ATM Debit Card, Prepaid Visa® Electronic Card have my name on it?
NO. There is no name, only a long number.
How long does it take to receive my NO Name ATM Debit Card, Prepaid Visa® Electronic Card?
Typically your NO Name ATM Debit Card, Visa® card will ship one business day from the date ordered. Card shipping services will deliver your NO Name ATM Debit Card, Prepaid Visa® Electronic Card via FEDEX or UPS online tracking number included. What is the maximum daily I can withdraw from an ATM?
Most ATM machines around the world allow you to withdraw up to $500USD worth of cash at a time, and a maximum of $1,000USD - $1,500USD in cash every 24 hours.
These rules are set by the Debit Card Processor and in some cases put in place by your local goverment.
What happens if I lose my NO Name ATM Debit Card, Prepaid Visa® Electronic Card?
Contact us immediately to protect the funds on the card. Once the funds are secured you will have to purchase a new card (membership). When you receive your new card we can transfer the balance forward.
Will my Prepaid Visa® Electronic Card work at ALL ATM's?
YES. Your Visa Debit Card works on all ATM cash machines where the VISA®, STAR® and PLUS® networks are displayed.
Will my NO Name ATM Debit Card work at ALL ATM's?
YES. Your NO Name Debit Card works on all ATM cash machines where the STAR® and PLUS® networks are displayed.

Do I need to activate my NO Name ATM Debit Card, Visa® Debit Card with any copies of my ID or Utility Bill?
YES. We need ONE color photocopy of your Drivers License or Passport. We also need one copy of a Utility Bill
(phone, electric, credit card, rent, alarm, cell phone, pager). Any bill that you pay on a monthly basis. Current utility bill date must be within 60 days of your card order.
You may upload this scanned document from your computer though our card activation form (2MB max file size, jpg, gif, paint, pdf). Your card shipping address must match the utility billing address.
Once your order has been processed your document will be removed from our server for additional security.
