NO. When you receive your card it will need activated. Phone and/or online activation may be required prior to use. Please refer to the paperwork enclosed when you received your Mastercard® ATM Debit Card, Prepaid Mastercard®, Maestro® Card, Cirrus® Card for activation.
How many Mastercard® ATM Debit Card, Prepaid Mastercard®, Maestro® Card, Cirrus® Cards can I have?
Current Offshore Mastercard® ATM Debit Card, Prepaid Mastercard®, Maestro® Card, Cirrus® Card regulations allow one card to be issued, per person.

The Mastercard® ATM Debit Card, Prepaid Mastercard®, Maestro® Card, Cirrus® Card is a payment card that can be used to access cash or make purchases at merchants that accept signature-based or PIN-based debit cards (such as gas stations, grocery stores, convenience stores or the Internet). You can deposit money into your Card account, then you can access your money by ATM cash withdrawal or by using your Card just like a debit card at any merchant that accepts a Debit MasterCards®, Maestro® Cards, Cirrus® Cards.

The Mastercard® ATM Debit Card, Prepaid Mastercard®, Maestro® Card, Cirrus® Card is a payment card that can be used to access cash or make purchases at merchants that accept PIN-based debit cards (such as gas stations, grocery stores, convenience stores). You can deposit money into your Card account, then you can access your money by ATM cash withdrawal or by using your Card just like a Debit Card at any merchant that accepts POS (Point of Sale), MasterCards®, Maestro® Cards or Cirrus® Cards.
Do I have to qualify for a Mastercard® ATM Debit Card, Prepaid Mastercard®, Maestro® Card, Cirrus® Card?
One form of ID (Drivers License or Passport) and one copy of a Utility Bill is required to activate your Mastercard®. The Card is a stored value card meaning you can deposit money into your Card account, and then you can access the money in your account. There is no credit involved, and you can't spend more than you have in your account.
Can I use my Mastercard® ATM Debit Card, Prepaid Mastercard®, Maestro® Card, Cirrus® Card to withdraw cash from an ATM?
Your Card can be used at any ATM operated by the bank that issued your Card or by any ATM that displays any of the network brands on the back of your card MasterCard®, Maestro® or Cirrus®. You'll need to enter your PIN number when prompted. Remember that if you use an ATM outside of the network operated by the issuing bank, you will be subject to additional ATM fees. Remember to push CHECKING when using this card at an ATM machine, in some countries you will have to use the SAVINGS account option.
Where else can I use my Mastercard® ATM Debit Card, Prepaid Mastercard®, Maestro® Card, Cirrus® Card?
You can use your Mastercard® ATM Debit Card, Prepaid Mastercard®, Maestro® Card, Cirrus® Card for Online purchases. You can also use your Mastercard® ATM Debit Card, Prepaid Mastercard®, Maestro® Card, Cirrus® Card just like a debit card at any merchant that accepts a Mastercard®, Maestro® Card or Cirrus® Card.
What does electronic authorization mean?
Each merchant must obtain authorization for each transaction by swiping the card into his or her POS terminal. If the merchant tries to key in the card number by hand it will not authorize the transaction.
Is the card number embossed on my card?
YES. The Mastercard® ATM Debit Card, Prepaid Mastercard®, Maestro® Card, Cirrus® Card has a raised card number.
Is my name on the card?
YES. The card is distributed from inventory, then produced and mailed to you. Your name and personal information is registered to the card electronically via the Internet. The card will not work until it is registered. Please see the paperwork enclosed when you received your Mastercard® ATM Debit Card, Prepaid Mastercard®, Maestro® Card, Cirrus® Card.
Can the Mastercard® ATM Debit Card, Prepaid Mastercard®, Maestro® Card, Cirrus® Card be used to make online purchases?
YES. You can use your Mastercard® ATM Debit Card, Prepaid Mastercard®, Maestro® Card, Cirrus® Card to make purchases over the Internet.
When I view my Mastercard® ATM Debit Card, Prepaid Mastercard®, Maestro® Card, Cirrus® Card transaction history, what does "pending" mean next to some of my purchases?
A notice of 'pending' next to a merchant's name on your statement means that while we have received notice from that merchant that you spent that amount at their store or web site the merchant hasn't yet sent through the final amount for payment. This notice, called an authorization, is done to make sure that your card is valid and to tell us to put on hold that money in your account until the merchant sends through the final transaction amount for payment. When we receive that final notification (usually within 3 days of the purchase) the transaction is considered 'settled' or 'posted,' and the amount of that transaction is taken out of your account.
Why is the amount shown as 'pending' different than the amount I actually spent at that merchant?
In some cases, like at a restaurant, the merchant will send a request for authorization for only the amount of the food you purchased (since you won't have yet written in a tip). In that case, the card processor will place on hold the amount the restaurant sends, plus an additional 20% in case you write in a tip. While the money is on hold, it isn't taken out of your account until the processor gets the FINAL, correct amount from the restaurant. Another case where the amount you spent may look different from the pending amount from a merchant is in the case of a gas station. If you're paying for gas at the pump, the machine will send through a preliminary authorization just to make sure your card is valid, and the processor will place on hold $20 to cover the potential cost of filling up your tank. Again, this is just a hold on the money until the processor receives the final amount you spent on gas. Once this transaction settles, you'll see the correct amount reflected in your statement.
Why is there an unfamiliar merchant name listed on my statement? I don't remember shopping there.
There are several reasons why this might happen. Some stores are part of a larger corporation that may have a different name than the store name. And other merchants choose to do their credit card processing under a different company name.

YES. You will be able to access your Mastercard® ATM Debit Card, Prepaid Mastercard®, Maestro® Card, Cirrus® Card 24 hours a day online to view account history, transactions and your available balance.
How long does it take to receive my Mastercard® ATM Debit Card, Prepaid Mastercard®, Maestro® Card, Cirrus® Card?
Your Mastercard® ATM Debit Card, Prepaid Mastercard®, Maestro® Card, Cirrus® Card takes approximately three weeks to create, and ship. The card is created, then your name is embossed on it. Once completed, Card shipping services will deliver your Mastercard® ATM Debit Card, Prepaid Mastercard®, Maestro® Card, Cirrus® Card via Standard Mail (NO tracking for standard mail), FEDEX or UPS online tracking number included. We will send you shipping confirmation via e-mail once your Debit Card has been sent.

What is the maximum daily I can withdraw from an ATM?
Most ATM machines around the world allow you to withdraw up to $500USD worth of cash at a time, and a maximum of $2,500USD in cash every 24 hours.
These rules are set by Banks, and in some cases put in place by your local goverment.
What happens if I lose my Mastercard® ATM Debit Card, Prepaid Mastercard®, Maestro® Card, Cirrus® Card?
Contact us immediately to protect the funds on the card. Once the funds are secured you will have to purchase a new card (membership). When you receive your new card we can transfer the balance forward.
Does my Mastercard® ATM Debit Card, Prepaid Mastercard®, Maestro® Card, Cirrus® Card work at ALL ATM's?
YES. Your Mastercard® ATM Debit Card, Prepaid Mastercard®, Maestro® Card, Cirrus® Card works on all ATM cash machines where the Maestro®, Cirrus® and MasterCard® networks are displayed.
Where can I locate an ATM to withdraw funds from my debit card?

Do I need to activate my Mastercard® ATM Debit Card, Prepaid Mastercard®, Maestro® Card, Cirrus® Card with copies of my ID or Utility Bill?
YES. We need ONE color photocopy of your Drivers License or Passport. We also need one copy of a Utility Bill (phone, electric, credit card, rent, alarm, cell phone, pager). Any bill that you pay on a monthly basis. Current utility bill date must be within 60 days of your card order.
You may upload this scanned document from your computer though our card activation form (2MB max file size, jpg format only). Your card shipping address must match the utility billing address.
Once your order has been processed your document will be removed from our server for additional security.
